For non residential addresses we will deliver to the reception area or post room at the delivery address for internal distribution. In this instance, we cannot guarantee the named recipient will receive the goods.
If sending to a building with a reception; please check that they will accept and distribute flowers to your recipient prior to placing the order.
We are able to deliver to any UK postal address. Please ensure that you enter the full address, including the postal code of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for flowers that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.
Flowers sent to non residential addresses will be delivered to the reception or mailing room for internal distribution. Please provide details of department/ward number/bed number etc, in brackets after you have typed the recipients surmame e.g. Wilson (Ward 7).
Flowers are sent by first class post and 94% of dispatches are delivered on the next working day. We cannot guarantee an exact time or date of delivery for first class post.

Remote Areas
If the recipient lives in the following postcode areas, deliveries can take up to 48 hours. Because of this, we cannot offer next day delivery in these areas.

- Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce courier service.
- You can specify a delivery date in the Checkout process online.
- We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. You can order your flowers for delivery up to 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date.
- As we only despatch our bouquets between Monday and Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on Mondays. Orders placed for delivery on Mondays may be delivered up to two days in advance
- If you do not choose a delivery date, your order will be dispatched with the next available delivery.
- Most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some postcodes require 48 hours (please see Remote Areas below).

- Our postal bouquets are sent by First Class Parcel Post
- If you nominate a delivery date, your order will be dispatched the day before. However, whilst most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, we are not able to guarantee the date of delivery.
- If you do not specify a delivery date and you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you place your order after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the next working day
