Despatch & Delivery
The good news is our courier deliveries can be made to most UK postcodes and PO boxes. We can often delivery to the Isle
of Man, Northern Ireland and certain Scottish addresses too, but these deliveries can take longer. To find out
if we can deliver to your address, please ask at the counter or call 0845 3666 975*.
If you need your bouquet or plant delivered on a specific day, we can help. Deliveries can usually be scheduled for the
day of your choice. Just tell us when you place your order.
Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we can usually deliver the following day. However, to make sure your
flowers arrive fresh, we don’t deliver on Sundays, Mondays, public and bank holidays. Deliveries requested for these days
will be scheduled for the next working day.
If you ask for your bouquets to be delivered by post, and order them before 3pm, we’ll send them out First Class on the
same day (it’s best to allow 1-2 days for delivery). If you ask us for a preferred delivery date, we’ll send them out the
day before.
Regrettably, we’re not able to agree a specific time for your delivery. Your order will be delivered between 7am and 7pm. If nobody is at home,
the order will be taken to the nearest Post Office depot (postal bouquets) or Parcelforce depot (courier bouquets). A card will be left at the delivery address
for postal bouquets. Parcelforce will attempt a delivery next day automatically.
Unfortunately, we can’t do that. Someone needs to be at home because our courier service requires a signature
upon deliver; so your flowers can’t be left in an unsecured location.
Yes, we can do that. Your neighbour can take receipt of your order as long as they’re prepared to sign for the delivery
on your behalf.
We can track all our courier deliveries. So, if your gift hasn’t arrived before 7pm, and the courier hasn’t left the flowers in a secure
location or with a neighbour, please call our customer service line on 0845 3666 975. We’ll find out where your order is and when you can expect delivery.
Unfortunately we can’t track any flowers sent by post.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, just give our customer service line a call on 0845 3666 975*. However,
please bear in mind that we’re unable to cancel or amend orders within 48 hours of despatch.
Naturally, we hope you’ll be delighted with your order but we know that on rare occasions this might not be the
case. So if you’re unhappy, please call us on 0845 3666 975* and quote your order number. We’ll do all we can to
sort out any problems quickly and efficiently.
Yes you can. Just make sure you call us 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Refunds can take up to two weeks to process and we’ll credit the money straight back to the credit card you used to
make the original purchase. If you’ve given us your email address, we’ll send you an email confirming that the
refund has been made.
Product Information
We always keep our prices clear and simple, which is why the price you see on the website is the price you’ll pay.
There are no added extras, and VAT and Delivery costs are included. If we ever have supply difficulties, we do
reserve the right to substitute the goods for something of equal or greater value.
To help you care for your flowers, we include the following suggestions with every bouquet:
- Remove the packaging from base of bouquet
- Trim the ends by cutting off 5cms from the stems, being careful not to cut through the joints
- Use clean vases or containers, as metal containers may neutralise the effects of flower food
- Add flower food, following the guidelines on the reverse of the sachet
- Keep your flowers away from ripening fruit
- Remove any foliage that falls beneath the water level to avoid contaminating the water
- Add fresh water every day
- For extra freshness, some flowers are sent in bud, ready to open.
Special note: Lily pollen can sometimes stain clothing, furniture etc. If you get any on your clothes or furniture,
simply leave it to dry then carefully brush it off. AVOID USING WATER.
Recommendations
Your hand-tied bouquet has been specially selected and tied so that it is ready to pop straight into a vase. Because
of this, we recommend you don’t untie your flowers.
Please call the customer service line on 0845 3666 975*. One of our customer service agents will be happy

Because of Data Protection Regulations, we can’t reveal your personal details without your prior permission. However,
you can tell us what you want to be written on the gift card that accompanies the flowers. So if you want your name
included, simply add it to your message. Remember, if you don’t do this, the person who receives the gift won’t
know who sent it.
Bouquets are professionally 'arranged' and presented as a gift. They’re also delivered by specialist courier.
‘Flowers by post’ are bunches of seasonal flowers, packaged securely in a box with decorative tissue paper,
but they’re not arranged in a bouquet style. And because they’re delivered by first class post, a delivery
date cannot be guaranteed.
