Delivery is completely free of charge on all Bouquets, Plants and Postal Flowers.

Deliveries can be made anywhere in the UK, except the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Western Isles (HS1-9) and Shetland Isles (ZE2-3).

Deliveries will not be made on Sundays, English Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

Valentine's Delivery information

Surprise a special someone this Valentine’s with a beautiful bouquet delivered straight to their door.

First delivery on Valentine´s bouquet is Friday the 10th of February.
Last order date and time for courier Valentine’s bouquet’s is 13th February 2012. This guarantees delivery on Valentine’s day.
Postal flowers can be ordered up until 3pm 13th February 2012, however cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.

For Courier Bouquets and Plants

Please ensure you give correct delivery details, in particular house numbers and postcodes. Incorrect delivery details may delay delivery by24 hours.

Deliveries can be made anywhere on the UK mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Remote Areas (defined below)may take up to 48 hours from time of dispatch.

For non residential addresses we will deliver to the the reception area or post room at the delivery address for internal distribution. In this instance, we cannot guarantee the named recipient will receive the goods.

  • Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce courier service.
  • You can specify a delivery date in the Checkout process online.
  • We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. You can order your flowers for delivery up to 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date.
  • As we only despatch our bouquets between Monday and Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on Mondays. Orders placed for delivery on Mondays may be delivered up to two days in advance
  • If you do not choose a delivery date, your order will be dispatched with the next available delivery.
  • Most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some postcodes require 48 hours (please see Remote Areas below).

For Postal Flowers

We are able to deliver to any UK postal address. Please ensure that you enter the full address, including the postal code of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for flowers that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.
Flowers sent to non residential addresses will be delivered to the reception or mailing room for internal distribution. Please provide details of department/ward number/bed number etc, in brackets after you have typed the recipients surmame e.g. Wilson (Ward 7).

Flowers are sent by first class post and 94% of dispatches are delivered on the next working day. We cannot guarantee an exact time or date of delivery for first class post.
  • Our postal bouquets are sent by First Class Parcel Post
  • If you nominate a delivery date, your order will be dispatched the day before. However, whilst most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, we are not able to guarantee the date of delivery.
  • If you do not specify a delivery date and you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you place your order after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the next working day
How do I know you have received my order?

We will confirm that we have received your order by sending you an e-mail.

Remote Areas

If the recipient lives in the following postcode areas, deliveries can take up to 48 hours. Because of this, we cannot offer next day delivery in these areas.

How will my Courier Bouquet, Plant or Postal Flowers Arrive?

Courier Bouquet and Plant Delivery

All Courier bouquets are professionally arranged, hand tied in an elegant box (shown below) and delivered by courier. Couriers deliver up until 7pm on the day of delivery.



Plants are delivered in a specific Plant box which holds them tightly in place to prevent damage and are deliverd by Courier, again couriers deliver up until 7pm on the day of delivery.

Postal Delivery

If you do not need an exact day of delivery, you can select flowers from our postal delivery range. They are packed in bud for extra freshness and delivered by first class post in a neat, secure box (as shown below). If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select a bouquet which is courier delivered.
